We take pride in our logistics and believe the costumer should not have to worry about the little details. We therefore offer free delivery on all our large orders.
hoadleygallery uses unique methods of delivery, tailored to each specific product and manufacturer, to be highly efficient, and thereby reducing costs to our customers.
Delivery Times
We organise shipment from a variety of locations and carriers, depending on the product supplier, handling requirements and your location. Therefore, the delivery times can vary from product to product. Please check the ‘Estimated arrival’ listed on the product page ‘Shipping’ tab and, if still unsure, use the chat in the bottom right or the ‘Contact us’ page to get in touch.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it is, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is made-to-order or on backorder, we will display the estimated arrival time, usually a few weeks, in the product page or reach out to you via e-mail. If the item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment and Tracking
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment method, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address or phone number (text message) you provided during checkout. Shipping times are typically between 1-3 business days within the US. However, the total delivery time can vary from product to product so please check the ‘Shipping’ tab under product descriptions. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order, feel free to follow us up using the ‘Contact us’ page.
Damaged items
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse the delivery if possible or please write down ‘Package Damaged’ when signing the delivery slip.
Please inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days of receiving the item.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no extra cost. Simply get in touch with us, using the ‘Contact us’ page and explain the damage; you may need to send us some pictures.
If you prefer to return the item to us, we will aim to refund the item’s price in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup.
Cancellation
If you’ve placed an order by accident and would like to cancel, please get in touch with us immediately, using the ‘Contact us’ page, and we can do this for you free of charge.
However, if the item is dispatched, it is likely we have already charged your payment method. If this is the case, please contact us immediately, using the ‘Contact us’ page; you may need to follow the Returns policy.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you can return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, undamaged and with the assembly process not beginning. Please get in touch with us, using the ‘Contact us’ page, to start the returns process.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item, which can vary depending on its size, weight, materials, etc.
We will aim to refund the item’s price, minus the delivery costs and any restocking fees, to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the item.
Please note, some items cannot be returned such as those personalised or customised to your needs.
